Volunteer & Internship Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in joining the W. E. B. Du Bois Southern Center for Studies in Public Policy at Clark Atlanta University. Our Center provides opportunities for undergraduate students to engage in research, public policy education, and community-based initiatives that advance equity, social justice, and leadership development.

As a volunteer or intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting our work in one of three core pillars: Domestic Policy, Global Policy, or Policy Center Operations & Management. Students contribute to projects that align with their academic interests and career goals while learning how public policy impacts communities across the South and beyond.

Please note that this is a non-paid opportunity. However, after the successful completion of your volunteer or internship term, you will be eligible to receive a letter of recommendation from the Center and will be granted field hours to document your experience and service.

Please complete this form to share your background, interests, and availability. Submissions will help us identify placements that best match your skills and aspirations.

📅 Note: This form is for interest and placement purposes only. Completing it does not guarantee selection. Selected students will be contacted for next steps.
