The W.E.B. Du Bois Southern Center for Studies in Public Policy is a research center housed in the Dr. Mack Henry Jones Department of Political Science at Clark Atlanta University that focuses on public policy issues affecting black people in the American and Global South. Our mission is to conduct research and analysis that informs public policy decisions and promotes social justice. We are committed to providing an inclusive and collaborative environment where scholars and practitioners can work together to advance our understanding of public policy issues and their impact on black communities.
